Terms & conditions

These are the terms for buying from LIGHT ON. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written in plain language so you actually read them rather than scroll past.

1The shop

  • LIGHT ON is an online shop in Kuwait selling driving lights and light bars for cars and bikes.
  • All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and are inclusive — nothing is added at the till.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

2Your order

  • An order becomes binding when you receive the confirmation email carrying its number.
  • We check stock when confirming. If something sells out after you ordered it, we will contact you and offer a replacement or cancel that line and refund it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order with missing or incorrect details, or where we suspect misuse.
  • Minimum order: There is no minimum

3Delivery

  • We deliver to every governorate in Kuwait.
  • Delivery charge: KWD 1.500
  • Delivery is free on orders of KWD 20.000 and over.
  • The driver calls the number on your order before arriving, so keep your phone nearby.
  • If we cannot reach you after two attempts the order comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange another time.
  • Please check your address — delivering to a wrong address you entered means a second delivery charge.

4Payment

  • Payment is currently cash on delivery, paid to the driver.
  • We never store card details, and we never ask you for them at any point.
  • If you receive a message in our name asking for card details, it is not from us — do not reply to it, and please tell us.

5Cancellation and returns

  • You can cancel before the order ships — message us with your order number.
  • Change of mind returns within 14 days, provided the unit is as received and complete with its accessories.
  • Manufacturing faults are covered by a full one-year warranty — see the warranty page for detail.
  • A unit that has been fitted, modified or opened is outside the change-of-mind return.

6Using the products

  • High-output auxiliary lights are intended for off-road use, or as Kuwait's traffic regulations allow.
  • Complying with traffic regulations when fitting and using them is your responsibility.
  • Incorrect wiring voids the warranty and can damage your vehicle — if you are unsure, have it fitted by a technician.

7Your account and content

  • You are responsible for keeping your password private and for orders placed from your account.
  • Reviews can only be written by someone who actually bought the product, and we remove any that are abusive or unrelated to it.
  • All images and text on this site belong to LIGHT ON and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

8Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
  • We will always try to settle a dispute with you directly first; the Kuwaiti courts are the fallback if we cannot.
