LIGHT ON

Frequently asked questions

How many lumens do I actually need?

For city driving, 5,000 lumens is more than enough. For open roads and desert, start at 10,000. The number alone doesn't settle it — beam shape matters more: a spot beam reaches far, a flood beam covers the width of the road.

Can I fit it myself?

Portable lights work out of the box. Light bars and fixed lights need wiring, and every one ships with a ready harness including a relay and switch. If you're not comfortable with car electrics, any workshop will fit it in about half an hour.

Is strong lighting legal on the road?

Auxiliary lights are for use outside towns and on empty roads. In the city, switch them off and use your factory lights — dazzling oncoming drivers is an offence and causes crashes.

How long does delivery take?

One to three days across every Kuwaiti governorate. The delivery fee is flat, and free once your order passes the threshold shown in the cart.

What's the difference between IP67 and IP68?

Both mean fully dust-tight. The difference is water: IP67 survives temporary immersion, IP68 survives continuous immersion. For normal use in Kuwait either is plenty.

Why is amber better in dust?

White light bounces off dust particles and comes back at you as a white wall. Amber's wavelength passes through the dust instead of reflecting, so you see the road itself.
